DB Custom Airsoft, LLC, refuses to sell ANY airsoft products to ANYONE under the age of 18! All orders for airsoft guns must include a signed waiver; this does not apply to parts, BBs, green gas or safety equipment. Please do not try and order from us if you are a minor. All guns will come with a 6mm band of blaze orange around the muzzle/barrel to comply with Federal Law. Remember: we are not responsible for what you do with any of our products or the results afterwards. Committing a crime with a "toy or replica" gun carries the same penalties as if you use a real gun! Please be safe and responsible with all of your airsoft equipment.

Warranty Policy:

All stock Automatic Electric Guns (AEGs) and gas pistols have a 30 day warranty and return policy covering internal and external parts that malfunction or break as a result of normal use and wear. For example: bent external parts from abuse or dropping a gun on the ground will not be covered under warranty. Additionally, any gun that has been taken apart in any way, shape or form prior to its return to DB Custom voids any and all warranties provided by DB Custom or its suppliers. If an item has been sent in for warranty work and is found that a repair or disassembly attempt has already been made, it will be shipped back to the owner without repair or it will be held until the repair costs have been paid. Any parts ordered from DB Custom, but not installed by us will not be offered any warranty coverage, or cover damages to a gun due to improper installation.

DB Custom offers a 120 day warranty on all custom work performed in shop which is limited to any custom parts or work performed in shop. As an example, if a customer requests a tight bore barrel and M120 spring upgrade performed, the DB Custom warranty covers the gearbox, hop-up unit and tight bore barrel, but the other parts of the airsoft replica are only covered by the manufacturer's 30 day warranty.

It will be at the discretion of DB Custom staff if a malfunctioning item is repaired in house, by the supplier of the item, refunded or replaced.

Note: Spring guns come with no warranty of any kind.

If you feel there is a problem with a purchase you have made from DB Custom, please contact us at: dbcustom@hotmail.com to obtain an RMA authorization and shipping information. Repaired items will be shipped at no cost to the purchaser.

Custom Project guns will also be covered for 120 days on parts and labor, but can take longer to repair as some parts may take longer to obtain/exchange. Before assuming an item is not functioning properly please make sure you READ THE INSTRUCTIONS to ensure the item is being operated properly. Upgrade Policy:

A gun upgraded by DB Custom has a 120 day warranty on labor and parts only if they are parts ordered from us. Otherwise labor only will be covered. Our rate for custom/upgrade work is $30 an hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Each gun will be tested extensively before being shipped to the owner. We will always strive to meet or beat our estimated quote on how long an upgrade will take to perform, however there are things that will require more time when dealing with outside sources for parts, please be patient, perfection takes time.

Ordering Policy:

All orders will be checked to ensure the item is in stock or available from our suppliers before you pay for any order. We understand you want your purchase to arrive in a timely manner; so do we! Also guns are tested twice, once when they are shipped to us, and once before being shipped to you to ensure they work properly. There is a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled or returned orders that is used to cover importation tariffs/taxes/duties, shipping and handling or other associated charges. This is non-negotiable.

Custom Guns:

DB Custom requires a deposit amount of 50% before they can be started. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Payments can be made using Postal Money Order, Paypal for credit cards with a 3% additional fee, personal check (with a 5 day clearing period) and credit card by phone. All orders paid with checks or money orders will not be shipped until they clear the bank. Refunds are not available on Custom Gun Projects because we cannot sell used parts and accessories as new. However, a 120 day warranty is offered with the purchase price of the gun.

Special Orders:

We only offer a repair policy on Special Orders from overseas suppliers, because they will not take them back or give refunds.

Shipping Policy:

All orders unless otherwise requested will be shipped via UPS Ground service or US Postal Service, with a signature required and tracking number. We will not ship or sell airsoft guns to minors! Sadly we cannot ship overseas or to Canada at this time.

Discount Policy:

We offer many kinds of discounts, however, we reserve the right to apply them to orders. A discount is offered to all Law Enforcement/Military Personnel and Agencies with proof of identification. A team discount is also offered for teams of more than 5 people, and must include an AEG on the first order. After the first order a team will be eligible for discounts on all orders over $200.
